How to apply for after-sales service of the package

Enter “Taojiyun Purchasing”——"My Package", click “Apply for after-sales service” on the corresponding package order. Please describe your problem in detail when applying. If the product is wrong/damaged, please upload photos of the package packaging and the actual product.

After receiving your application, the customer service will reply within 24 hours.

Please apply for after-sales service within 7 days of receipt of the package or within 45 days of delivery.

Warm Tips: Delivery days are calculated based on natural days, starting from the time the package is sent out from the Taojiyun warehouse; if the package logistics information is signed for or delivered and is greater than or equal to 3 days, overdue may affect your rights protection results.

The receipt can be confirmed in "My Package-Signed Evaluation". 2. “Delivery days”, that is, the number of days the user's package is shipped from the Taojiyun warehouse (calculated in natural days)

Application for after-sales location: (My package - corresponding order - application for after-sales), please describe your problem in detail, and upload photos of the package packaging, photos of the actual product, etc. Taojiyun will receive your application and will accept it as soon as possible and provide you with a solution (including but not limited to return and exchange fees, return and exchange measures, etc.). 2. If the parcel logistics information is "signed for", and it is greater than or equal to 3 days, Taojiyun has the right not to provide after-sales service.
