Situations where compensation will not be accepted:

1. If there is an infringement, our company does not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to pursue compensation for the loss caused to our company by the sender;

2. If the goods are not declared according to the actual value, infringed intellectual property rights, local import bans, etc., the customs detention is not within the scope of compensation. Our company only assists the sender in providing customs clearance documents;

3. If there is a quality problem of the customer's goods themselves and involves specific certification issues, etc. , no compensation will be accepted;

4. In case of force majeure such as war, natural disasters, etc., no compensation will be accepted unless the goods are damaged or lost;

5. In the process of transportation, if there is a delay in the overall time caused by voyage delay/customs clearance delay, no compensation will be accepted

6. No compensation will be accepted for the lack of quantity or damage of the product;

7. No compensation for damage to fragile products will be accepted;

Note:

(1) Special items must be properly packaged (carton packaging is recommended) and filled with fillers to avoid leakage during the operation and transfer process.

(2) General goods can be packed in bags, and W-line only accepts carton packaging

(3) Cylinders and other special-shaped packages are not accepted

(4) This quotation does not include tariffs and customs fines generated by secondary customs clearance at the destination customs. The destination tariff is paid by the consignee. If the destination consignee refuses to pay the tariff, the sender shall unconditionally pay the tariff and related fees incurred at the destination.

*Please affix the product's FNSKU barcode and FBA outer box label before shipment and seal it with transparent tape (if you use thermal label paper to print, please do not use transparent tape to seal it again to avoid the label paper content being unclear due to chemical volatilization and being rejected by the Amazon warehouse). If the delivery cannot be made due to label barcode problems, the relevant costs will be borne by the sender;

Additional fees:

(1) Labeling surcharge: Labeling fee is 5 yuan/box

(2) Operation surcharge: If the channel operation needs to be changed due to customer reasons, an operation surcharge of 10 yuan/box will be charged

(3) Return operation fee: If the goods that have been put into the warehouse are returned due to security inspection failure or due to customer reasons, a handling fee of 1 yuan/kg will be charged, and the return freight will be paid on delivery.

(4) Penalty for rushing goods: If dangerous goods, prohibited items, etc. are rushed, a minimum fine of RMB 1,500 per item will be charged once discovered.

(5) Description of overdue items: a. If the overdue payment exceeds 3 days, warehouse rent will be charged at RMB 1/KG/day; b. If the overdue payment exceeds 1 month and no solution is given, our company will destroy the goods. Please pay in time to avoid the goods being destroyed.

Return and re-dispatch fee:

(1) If the goods are returned to the foreign agent warehouse due to incorrect address or consignee's reasons, an additional return fee will be charged, and the freight will not be refunded. Our company charges a foreign return handling fee of RMB 60/item;       

(2) After the goods are returned to the foreign agent warehouse, if you require re-delivery, re-delivery can be arranged within 15 days, and a second delivery fee of 6 yuan/KG + 80 yuan/item will be charged. The deadline for re-delivery is subject to the date of our company's notification; (the returned items will be automatically destroyed if they exceed the deadline) 

(3) The re-delivery fee does not include the surcharges involved in the original order. No surcharge is required for return, but the original surcharge is required for re-delivery/re-delivery

Shipping Instructions

1. Please tell us the type of goods before delivery, such as (electrical appliances, electronic products, moving items, household items, chemical products, etc.)
