There are three common abnormal package states during international logistics transportation: package delay, package loss and package damage.
For package delay, major logistics companies have not yet announced the corresponding compensation standards, that is, no corresponding compensation is provided for package delay.
For the two situations of package loss and package damage, we will compensate according to the compensation standards of each route. You can apply for compensation by after-sales or contact online customer service.
1. Compensation time measurement standard: the parcel delivery node is calculated after the warehouse is shipped;
2. Compensation method: the user contacts the customer service, and the customer service will verify the situation and return the compensation amount directly to the user's account;

2. The user is unable to provide relevant proof required for compensation;
3. The time limit for claiming compensation has expired (no inquiry or claim has been made within 7 days of receipt or 45 days of delivery), and the parcel has been received normally during the claiming compensation period;
4. The parcel has been stolen or disappeared for unknown reasons after delivery;
5. The mailed items contain uninsurable goods or violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, and are confiscated by the competent authorities or handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations;
6. The loss or loss of mail is caused by the owner's responsibility, intentional behavior or negligence, or the mail itself;
7. Other circumstances that do not fall under the scope of compensation liability;
