Many friends in Taiwan love the huge variety of mainland goodies on Douyin Mall and in livestreams, but Douyin itself does not ship directly to Taiwan, and many Taiwan users have no mainland payment account, so they cannot place or pay for an order themselves.

If you have no mainland Douyin account, no mainland payment method, or the livestream does not accept orders from outside, simply use Taojiyun buy-for-you and payment-on-your-behalf - you never have to handle the Douyin payment yourself:
Register or sign in to the Taojiyun Taiwan line, complete your EZ WAY real-name registration in advance (required for customs clearance), and get your dedicated mainland warehouse address and member ID at the same time.
Open Douyin Mall or the livestream, tap the item in the shopping cart, then tap the share button in the top-right corner and copy the product link; flash sales, bonus items and host-exclusive links can all be copied.
Note:
If the link cannot be copied directly from the livestream, screenshot the item and send the specification, colour, size and order quantity to our customer service.
Go to the “Buy for Me” section on the Taojiyun home page, paste the Douyin product link, fill in the specification, quantity, preferred colour and size - or send it straight to a human agent and note that it is a Douyin livestream / mall item.
Our team will confirm stock, price and dispatch time, and share the amount due. You pay the product cost in NT dollars in your Taojiyun account; our team places and pays for the order on your behalf, and the seller ships directly to the Taojiyun warehouse.
After the seller dispatches the goods, the parcel arrives at the Taojiyun warehouse, where it is signed for, photographed and checked in, and you can see the actual parcel photos and weight details in your account.
Once all your Douyin buy-for-you parcels have reached the warehouse, select the parcels and apply for consolidation; for fragile large items such as lighting, sintered-stone furniture and bathroom glass, you can choose bubble-wrap reinforcement or wooden-crate packing to reduce the risk of damage.
Check the parcel details, pick the channel that suits your delivery time and budget, and pay the consolidation freight so the warehouse can arrange dispatch.

Once the seller dispatches, the tracking number syncs to the app automatically;
the warehouse scans it into the system within 1-2 days of signing for it;

During international shipping there is always a chance of unexpected events such as delays, seizure, duties, damage or loss. Taojiyun cannot control or prevent service-quality issues and unforeseen events involving third-party carriers and customs authorities in various countries.
However, in line with our customer-first service philosophy, Taojiyun will give advance notice according to each route and country, and will assist you as far as we can should a problem arise.
A: In-stock Douyin Mall items, livestream shopping-cart products, limited-time flash sales and host-exclusive bonus links can all be purchased on your behalf.
If you can copy the link, just submit it; if you cannot, send a screenshot of the item plus specification notes to our customer service.
Our team places and pays for the order, the goods ship straight to the consolidation warehouse for forwarding - and remember to avoid prohibited items.
A: Taojiyun handles buy-for-you and consolidation of large Douyin purchases. For fragile large items such as sintered-stone tables, lighting and bathroom sets, you can request extra-thick bubble-wrap reinforcement or custom wooden-crate packing once the parcel reaches the warehouse, adding cushioning and reducing the risk of damage in transit.

A: No. The Taojiyun Taiwan line handles clearance centrally under the EZ WAY real-name authorisation process. You only need to upload your real-name documents in your Taojiyun account beforehand to complete registration; once the parcel arrives in Taiwan the channel clears it centrally and delivers it straight to your door after release, so you never have to deal with customs yourself.
