Cargo restrictions:

P-line channel: If prohibited goods are shipped, once discovered by the airport/customs, the freight will not be refunded. In serious cases, a fine will be imposed, the goods will be detained, and whether the goods can be returned depends on the airport/customs.

Air freight return re-dispatch fee:

(1) If the goods are returned to the foreign agent warehouse due to an incorrect address or the consignee's reasons, our company will charge a foreign return handling fee of RMB96/piece;       

(2) After the goods are returned to the foreign agent warehouse, if you require re-delivery, re-delivery can be arranged within 5 days, and a second delivery fee of RMB96/piece will be charged. The deadline for re-delivery is subject to the date of notification from our company; 

(3) The re-delivery fee does not include the surcharges involved in the original order. No surcharge is required for return, but the original surcharge is required for re-delivery/re-delivery

(4) Address change fee: If the address of the goods needs to be changed due to an incorrect address or the consignee's reasons, our company will contact DPD to try to change it. The final price will be charged at RMB60/piece

1. If the longest side exceeds 97cm or the second longest side exceeds 70cm or the weight exceeds 29KG, an additional 480 yuan/piece will be charged.

2. Length + width + height exceeding 230CM will be rejected! Single box weight exceeding 30KG will be rejected!

3. Other special-shaped pieces such as cylinders: rejected.

Cargo restrictions:

General cargo channel: General cargo and weak magnetic products can be used.

W-line channel: cosmetics, electric products (not pure electric, not above 100WH), food (not meat products), hot pot ingredients, medical products, adult products, Chinese herbal medicine/Chinese patent medicine.

Rejected: Meat products, mobile phones, computers, pure batteries, electric products above 100WH, flammable and explosive, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and other prohibited items.

If the customer rushes to buy dangerous goods, the case will be fined, the goods will be detained, and the police will be called. Whether the goods can be returned depends on the customs.

Delivery range:

Remote areas are not accepted.

Additional fees:

(1) Labeling surcharge: 5 yuan/box;

(2) Operation surcharge: If the channel needs to be changed due to customer reasons, an additional operation fee of 10 yuan/box will be charged;

(3) Return operation fee: If the goods that have been put into the warehouse are returned due to security inspection failure or due to customer reasons, an operation fee of 1 yuan/kg will be charged, and the return freight will be paid on delivery;

(4) Cargo rush penalty: If dangerous goods, prohibited items, etc. are rushed, a minimum penalty of 1,500 yuan/item will be charged once discovered;

Sea freight return and re-delivery fee:

After the goods leave the warehouse, the delivery address will not be changed. You need to check the address yourself when placing an order. Our company does not verify the order address. If the address or zip code is incorrect during the final delivery (return/change of address delivery/loss), all costs and losses incurred will be borne by the shipper!

(1) Return fee: If the goods are returned to the foreign agent warehouse due to incorrect address and consignee reasons, our company will charge a foreign return handling fee of 120 yuan/piece;        

(2) Re-dispatch fee: After the goods are returned to the foreign agent warehouse, if re-dispatch is required, re-dispatch can be arranged within 5 days, and a second delivery fee of 180 yuan/piece will be charged. The deadline for re-dispatch is subject to the date of notification from our company; 

(3) The re-dispatch fee does not include the surcharges involved in the original order. No surcharge is required for return, but the original surcharge is required for re-dispatch/re-dispatch

(4) Address change fee: If the address of the goods needs to be changed due to an incorrect address or the consignee's reasons, our company will contact DPD to try to change it. The final change will be subject to the address change fee of 220 yuan/piece
