No matter what currency account you use, PayPal top-up is converted in US dollars. PayPal top-up may be delayed by 1-60 minutes;

1. Log in to your account and click the User Center - “Go to Top-up”

2. Enter the amount you want to top-up and click “Go to Top-up”

3. Select the recharge method

4. Choose to recharge via PayPal account balance or credit/debit card
