When the purchased package arrives at the container warehouse, it will be put into storage. If you need to take photos for verification, you can contact the manual customer service of Taoji Transportation.

It usually takes 1-2 working days for the package you bought to be put into storage. Once the package is put into storage, you will receive a "notice letter of package arrival". At this time, if the package sheet has been established first, the system will automatically match the established package sheet. Otherwise, if you have not established a package sheet, you must improve the information of the package sheet in storage.

I don't know how to operate. Follow the following steps of Xiaotao to make it easy for you to create a package.

Step 1. Log in to the Member Center, and you can see the packages that have been put into storage in My Packages.

Step 2. When entering the package that has been put into storage, it can be clearly seen that except for the tracking code of the package and the actual arrival date of the package, other package information fields need to be improved.

Step 3. Then fill in the commodity category, consignment name, unit price (currency amount of the purchased commodity, not converted NT), quantity and shopping website information in the package. If the commodity needs package value-added service, you can click.

choose In addition, if you buy more than one item in the package, after completing the first item information, click "+Add a new item" to continue to add other item information. Please fill in the information of every commodity purchased in your package completely.

※Please fill in the goods declaration information and attach the page link of purchasing goods, so as to facilitate the customer service to confirm and arrange the import declaration and ensure the smooth customs clearance. 

Step 4. Finally, according to the package demand, choose: put the package into storage and apply for container transportation.

►Click "Package Storage" to save the package you have filled out, and the package creation is completed.

►After the package is filled in, if you want to arrange the shipment directly, please click "Apply for container transportation" to create a new commission.

►After the package is completed, if you want to collect the goods back to Taiwan Province together with the package for which the consignment order has been set up before, please click "Add existing consignment order" to find the consignment order, and then send the consignment order for approval if you want to arrange shipment after joining.
