Cargo restrictions:

General cargo channel: If prohibited goods are shipped, once discovered by the airport/customs, the freight will not be refunded. In serious cases, a fine will be imposed, the goods will be detained, and whether the goods can be returned depends on the airport/customs

All channels: If customers ship dangerous goods, they will be fined, have their goods detained, or be reported to the police. Whether the goods can be returned depends on the airport/customs

Return and re-dispatch instructions:

(1) If the goods are returned to the foreign agent warehouse due to an incorrect address or the consignee's reasons, our company will charge a foreign return handling fee of 6 yuan/kg + 100 yuan/item;       

(2) After the goods are returned to the foreign agent warehouse, if you require re-delivery, we can arrange re-delivery within 15 days, and charge a second delivery fee of 6 yuan/kg + 100 yuan/piece. The deadline for re-delivery is subject to the date of our company's notification; (For orders placed from November 10, 2022, return and re-delivery services can be provided);

(3) The re-delivery fee does not include the surcharges involved in the original order. No surcharge is required for return, but the original surcharge is required for re-delivery;

(4) Address change fee: If the address of the goods needs to be changed due to an incorrect address or the consignee's reasons, our company will contact FedEx to try to change it. The final fee will be charged at 100 yuan/piece for address change, and the address change fee for sea routes is charged at 220 yuan/piece.

Additional fees:

(1) Labeling surcharge: Labeling fee is RMB 5/box

(2) Operation surcharge: If the channel needs to be changed due to customer reasons, an additional operation fee of RMB 10/box will be charged

(3) Return operation fee: If the goods that have been put into the warehouse are returned due to security inspection failure or due to customer reasons, an operation fee of RMB 1/kg will be charged, and the return freight will be paid on delivery.

(4) Cargo rush penalty: If dangerous goods, prohibited goods, etc. are rushed, a minimum penalty of RMB 1,500/item will be charged once discovered

(5) Instructions for overdue items: a. If the overdue payment exceeds 3 days, the warehouse rent will be charged at RMB 1/KG/day; b. If the overdue payment exceeds 1 month and no solution is given, our company will destroy the goods. Please pay in time to avoid the destruction of the goods.

3. If you need to pick up the goods at your door, please tell us the pick-up address in advance. No need to send the goods to your door, just send them to our warehouse.
