Register a Taojiyun account to get your dedicated mainland warehouse address and your member ID — this is the key to identifying and warehousing your parcels.
Place your order on Xiaohongshu Mall or snag items in a Xiaohongshu livestream; at checkout, enter the Taojiyun warehouse address and note your member ID as the recipient. Don't fill in a Hong Kong address directly.
After the seller ships, copy the tracking number from your Xiaohongshu order and pre-report the parcel in your Taojiyun dashboard. Once the parcel arrives at the warehouse, it is automatically checked in, and you can view its status in the dashboard.
Once all your Xiaohongshu Mall and livestream parcels have arrived at the warehouse, select them all and submit a consolidation request. For fragile items, you can choose wooden-crate packaging or bubble-wrap reinforcement.
Confirm your Hong Kong delivery address; the system calculates the freight (charging the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight), then complete the payment.
