After-sales Service

Go to "My Taojiyun" - "My Package", click "Apply for After-Sales Service" on the corresponding package order, please describe your problem in detail when applying, and upload photos of the package packaging and the actual product if the product is wrong/damaged. After receiving your application, the customer service will reply within 24 hours.

Warm reminder: The delivery days are calculated in natural days, starting from the time the Taojiyun warehouse sends it out; if the package logistics information is signed for or delivered and is greater than or equal to 3 days, the overdue period may affect your rights protection results.
