Do they deliver goods to your doorstep? Are there any floor restrictions? Can large furniture items be delivered upstairs as well?

Home delivery service includes delivery to your doorstep. However, if the building lacks an elevator, the stairs are excessively high, or parking near the entrance is difficult, you may need to collect your items at street level. For large furniture items such as sintered stone tables or bed frames, we recommend checking for any size restrictions in advance. For large or fragile goods, you may opt for additional reinforcement with a wooden crate to reduce the risk of damage.
