Consolidated shipping generally has no restrictions. For special goods, please contact the manual customer service.

Under normal circumstances, there is no such thing. However, if the goods are oversized, overweight, or overly long, or if the delivery requires climbing stairs, additional charges will be incurred without including parking fees.

For single items and small quantities, you can choose the Taoji Express line, which supports door-to-door delivery.

For multiple or large items, choosing Taojiyun's bulk cargo dedicated line is more cost-effective. It can be sent in combined or consolidated boxes, saving both money and time.

The goods are in regular boxes and can be stacked on pallets, containing a weight of 150KG. You can choose the Taojiyun flatbed truck and flatbed cargo dedicated line.

If customers are not clear about which dedicated line to choose for their goods, they can contact the official customer service of Taojiyun.

It is generally delivered to Hong Kong within 48 hours. In case of reasons such as customs inspection, holidays, or multiple unsuccessful deliveries, we will communicate with the consignee online or by phone to adjust the delivery time and re-deliver.

Taojiyun will deliver the entire service to your doorstep or downstairs. In case of any special circumstances, you can communicate with the customer service or driver for delivery.

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun dedicated line:

1. The delivery address must be occupied by a large vehicle. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, the goods will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, it is necessary to confirm that the vehicle can directly drive in and make a U-turn.

3. If the address is within 50 meters of the parking lot, a trolley can be delivered to the door. You can communicate with the driver about the route for delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to collect the goods at the vehicle's side.

Ground delivery for bulk cargo dedicated lines and flatbed truck and flatbed cargo dedicated lines. If you choose the dedicated line for flatbed trucks and cargo, the receiving address can support unloading from trucks of 16 tons or less.

Generally, the packages are sent by customers. It is necessary to negotiate with the merchant in advance to ensure that the packages are sent intact

Note: When the volume is greater than the actual weight, it needs to be calculated by volume. Use length * width * height /6000 to get the volumetric weight.

Due to the different natures of the consolidated shipping warehouses, the warehouses can only ensure that the outer packaging of the parcels remains intact. The goods are protected from loss but not damage. The contents need to be well packaged by the consignor, and the outer packaging should have good sealing and protection measures.

Taojiyun does not provide valuation services for the following items:

Fragile or hard-to-package items, such as glass, marble, jade carvings, wood products, purple clay teapots, etc.
