## Oversized Items

For items with a combined length, width, and height greater than 2m and weighing within 50kg, an additional RMB 50 oversized item surcharge will be applied.

## Overlength

For items with a single side exceeding 1.5m and weighing within 50kg, an additional RMB 50 overlength surcharge will be applied.  

For items with a single side exceeding 2.2m and weighing within 50kg, an additional RMB 80 overlength surcharge will be applied.  

For items with a single side exceeding 2.4m and weighing within 50kg, an additional RMB 100 overlength surcharge will be applied.  

For items with a single side exceeding 2.6m and weighing within 50kg, an additional RMB 150 overlength surcharge will be applied.  

For items with a single side exceeding 3.0m and weighing within 50kg, an additional RMB 300 overlength surcharge will be applied.  

For items with a single side exceeding 3.5m and weighing within 50kg, an additional RMB 500 overlength surcharge will be applied.

## Overweight Order Charges

For orders weighing between 50-100kg, the charge will be calculated as the chargeable weight (kg) * 0.9.  

For orders weighing between 100-200kg, the charge will be calculated as the chargeable weight (kg) * 0.8.  

For orders weighing over 200kg, the charge will be calculated as the chargeable weight (kg) * 0.7.

Which shipping route should I choose?

1. For single items or small quantities, you can choose Taobao's special transportation line, which supports door-to-door delivery.

2. It is more cost-effective to choose Taojiyun’s large cargo line for multiple or large goods. You can combine or consolidate the items for shipment, saving time and money.

3. The goods are neatly packed in boxes and can be stacked on pallets, weighing 150KG. You can choose to use the special line for pallet trucks and cargo.

How long does it take to ship to the port?

It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at the port. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone and adjust the time for re-delivery.

Can you deliver to your door?

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun special line:

1. The delivery address must be large enough for a car to park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, the delivery will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive directly in and turn around.

3. If the address is within 50 meters from the parking lot, a trolley can be delivered to the door, and you can communicate with the driver about the delivery route.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to go to the vehicle to receive the goods.

Ground delivery on special lines for large cargoes and special lines for cargoes carried on carts. If you choose the flatbed truck and cargo line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

Is there a self-pickup point?

Tao Jiyun does not have self-pickup or self-collection points, and the entire delivery process will be to your doorstep or downstairs of your home. In special circumstances, you can communicate with customer service/driver for delivery.

How to deal with lost or damaged goods?

Due to the different nature of the consolidated shipping warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact, the goods are insured against loss but not damage. The inner items need to be well packed by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures.

Tao Jiyun will verify and give compensation based on the nature of the goods and the transportation process.

If the transported goods are prone to bending, the customer is obliged to ensure that the merchant has good packaging before sending the goods.

Is there any warehousing service if it is inconvenient to receive the goods?

Taojiyun provides customers with 90 days of free warehousing service.
