Register for Taojiyun to get the mainland warehouse address, fill in the address in the shopping app, and transport the goods to the mainland warehouse. After the goods arrive, you can apply for consolidation.

As long as it does not violate the national customs import and export regulations, it can be consolidated.

There is no quantity limit for consolidated shipment

If the goods are overweight, oversized or overlong, there will be additional charges. Please refer to the following standards:

# Taiji Special Line Surcharges

## Oversized Items

For items with a combined length, width, and height greater than 2m and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 50 RMB will be charged as an oversized item surcharge.

## Overlength

For items with a single side exceeding 1.5m and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 50 RMB will be charged as an overlength surcharge.  

For items with a single side exceeding 2.2m and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 80 RMB will be charged as an overlength surcharge.  

For items with a single side exceeding 2.4m and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 100 RMB will be charged as an overlength surcharge.  

For items with a single side exceeding 2.6m and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 150 RMB will be charged as an overlength surcharge.  

For items with a single side exceeding 3.0m and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 300 RMB will be charged as an overlength surcharge.  

For items with a single side exceeding 3.5m and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 500 RMB will be charged as an overlength surcharge.

## Overweight Order Charges

For orders weighing between 50-100kg, the charge will be calculated as the chargeable weight (kg) * 0.9.  

For orders weighing between 100-200kg, the charge will be calculated as the chargeable weight (kg) * 0.8.  

For orders weighing over 200kg, the charge will be calculated as the chargeable weight (kg) * 0.7.

For single items or small quantities, you can choose Taojiyun's special line, which supports door-to-door delivery.

For multiple or large items, it will be more cost-effective to choose Taojiyun's large cargo special line. You can combine and ship them in boxes, saving money and time.

The goods are regular boxes and can be stacked on the truck, with a weight of 150KG. You can choose Taojiyun's special line for truck delivery.

It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at the port. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone to adjust the time and re-deliver.

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun Express Line:

1. The delivery address must be a place where a large truck can drive in and park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, it will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive in directly and turn around.

3. The address can be delivered to the door by trolley within 50 meters of the parking lot. You can communicate with the driver for route delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to pick up the goods next to the car.

Large cargo line and truck ...

Taojiyun does not have self-collection or pick-up points. All deliveries are made to your doorstep or downstairs. In special circumstances, you can communicate with the customer service/driver for delivery.

Due to the different nature of the warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact, the goods are not lost, but not damaged. The inner items need to be well packaged by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures.

Taojiyun will verify and give compensation based on the nature of the goods and the transportation process.

If the transported goods are easy to fold, the customer has the obligation to ensure that the merchant has good packaging before sending the goods.
