2. What are the requirements for consolidated transportation of mattresses?

None. As long as it does not violate national import and export regulations, it can be shipped in bulk.

3. Are there any restrictions on the volume and weight of mattresses shipped in bulk?

Taojiyun's bulk shipments have no restrictions on volume and weight.

4. Are there any overweight charges?

There are additional charges for oversized, overlong, and overweight items. Please refer to the following standards:

5. Which shipping route should be chosen for mattresses?

For single items and small quantities, Taojiyun's special line can be selected, which supports door-to-door delivery.

For multiple and large items, it will be more cost-effective to choose Taojiyun's large cargo special line. It can be shipped in boxes or LCL, saving money and time.

The goods are regular boxes and can be stacked on pallets, including 150KG weight. You can choose Taojiyun's special line for pallet trucks.

6. How long does it take to be transported to the port?

It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at the port. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone to adjust the time and re-deliver.

7. Can the goods be delivered to the door?

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun special line:

1. The delivery address must be a place where a large truck can drive in and park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, it will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive in directly and turn around.

3. The address can be delivered to the door by a trolley within 50 meters of the parking lot. You can communicate with the driver about the route delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to receive the goods next to the car.

Ground delivery for large cargo special line and flatbed cargo special line. If you choose the flatbed cargo special line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

8. Are there any self-pickup points?

Taojiyun does not have self-pickup or self-pickup points. The whole process is delivered to the doorstep or downstairs of the house. In special cases, you can communicate with the customer service/driver for delivery.

9. Is there any compensation for lost or damaged goods?

Due to the different nature of the collection warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact. The goods are insured against loss but not damage. The contents need to be packed by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures. Taojiyun provides insurance services.

10. It is not convenient to receive express delivery.
