How to ship tiles to Hong Kong?

Obtain the mainland warehouse address by registering for Taojiyun, fill in the address in the shopping app, and have the goods shipped to the mainland warehouse. Once the goods arrive, you can apply for consolidated shipping.

Any shipment that does not violate national customs import and export regulations can be consolidated. If the goods are delayed in customs clearance or confiscated by customs, our company will not refund the freight and will not bear the related losses.

Taojiyun has no restrictions on the quantity and volume of goods

There are surcharges for oversized, overlong and overweight items. Please refer to the following standards:

Oversized Items

For items with the sum of length, width, and height exceeding 2 meters and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 50 RMB will be charged for oversized items.

Overlength

For items with a single side exceeding 1.5 meters and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 50 RMB will be charged for overlength items.

For items with a single side exceeding 2.2 meters and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 80 RMB will be charged for overlength items.

For items with a single side exceeding 2.4 meters and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 100 RMB will be charged for overlength items.

For items with a single side exceeding 2.6 meters and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 150 RMB will be charged for overlength items.

For items with a single side exceeding 3.0 meters and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 300 RMB will be charged for overlength items.

For items with a single side exceeding 3.5 meters and weighing within 50kg, an additional fee of 500 RMB will be charged for overlength items.

Overweight Orders

For orders weighing between 50-100kg, the chargeable weight (kg) will be multiplied by 0.9.

For orders weighing between 100-200kg, the chargeable weight (kg) will be multiplied by 0.8.

For orders weighing over 200kg, the chargeable weight (kg) will be multiplied by 0.7.

For single items or small quantities, you can choose Taobao's special transportation line, which supports door-to-door delivery.

It would be more cost-effective to choose Taojiyun’s large cargo line for multiple items and large goods. You can combine or consolidate the items for shipment, saving time and money.

The goods are in regular boxes and can be stacked on pallets, weighing 150KG. You can choose to use the special line for pallet trucks and cargo.

It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at the port. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone and adjust the time for re-delivery.

Taobao special delivery line delivery conditions:

1. The delivery address must be large enough for a car to park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, the delivery will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive directly in and turn around.

3. If the address is within 50 meters from the parking lot, a trolley can be delivered to the door, and you can communicate with the driver about the delivery route.

4. If you do not meet the conditions, you need to pick up the goods at the vehicle.

Ground delivery on special lines for large cargoes and special lines for cargoes carried on carts. If you choose the flatbed truck line, the delivery address supports unloading with trucks of 16 tons or less.

Tao Jiyun does not have self-pickup or self-collection points, and the entire delivery process will be to your doorstep or downstairs of your home. In special circumstances, you can communicate with customer service/driver for delivery.
