Consolidation of books to Hong Kong

Register for Taojiyun to obtain the mainland warehouse address, fill in the address in the shopping app, and transport the goods to the mainland warehouse. After the goods arrive, you can apply for consolidated transportation.

As long as it does not violate national customs import and export regulations, it can be consolidated.

If the books involve the following content, they will not be shipped together:

1. Books and photos that are offensive to public morals

2. Items that infringe trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights

3. Non-genuine/imitation goods; (If the customer sends non-genuine or imitation goods, no matter whether the goods are lost or not, our company will not make any compensation);

There is no limit on the quantity of books shipped, and there is no restriction on length, width or height.

**Oversized Items**  

If the sum of length, width, and height exceeds 2 meters and the weight is within 50 kg, an additional fee of 50 RMB will be charged for oversized items.

**Overlength Items**  

- If one side exceeds 1.5 meters and the weight is within 50 kg, an additional fee of 50 RMB will be charged for overlength items.  

- If one side exceeds 2.2 meters and the weight is within 50 kg, an additional fee of 80 RMB will be charged.  

- If one side exceeds 2.4 meters and the weight is within 50 kg, an additional fee of 100 RMB will be charged.  

- If one side exceeds 2.6 meters and the weight is within 50 kg, an additional fee of 150 RMB will be charged.  

- If one side exceeds 3.0 meters and the weight is within 50 kg, an additional fee of 300 RMB will be charged.  

- If one side exceeds 3.5 meters and the weight is within 50 kg, an additional fee of 500 RMB will be charged.

**Overweight Orders**  

- For weights between 50-100 kg, the chargeable weight (kg) will be multiplied by 0.9.  

- For weights between 100-200 kg, the chargeable weight (kg) will be multiplied by 0.8.  

- For weights above 200 kg, the chargeable weight (kg) will be multiplied by 0.7.

1. For single items or small quantities, you can choose Taobao's special transportation line, which supports door-to-door delivery.

2. It is more cost-effective to choose Taojiyun’s large cargo line for multiple or large goods. You can combine or consolidate the items for shipment, saving time and money.

3. The goods are neatly packed in boxes and can be stacked on pallets, weighing 150KG. You can choose to use the special line for pallet trucks and cargo.

It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at the port. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone and adjust the time for re-delivery.

Delivery conditions for Taobao Express:

1. The delivery address must be large enough for a car to park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, the delivery will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive directly in and turn around.

3. If the address is within 50 meters from the parking lot, a trolley can be delivered to the door, and you can communicate with the driver about the delivery route.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to go to the vehicle to receive the goods.

Ground delivery on special lines for large cargoes and special lines for cargoes carried on carts. If you choose the flatbed truck and cargo line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

Tao Jiyun does not have self-pickup or self-collection points, and the entire delivery process will be to your doorstep or downstairs of your home. In special circumstances, you can communicate with customer service/driver for delivery.

Due to the different nature of the consolidated shipping warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact, the goods are insured against loss but not damage. The inner items need to be well packed by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures.

Tao Jiyun will verify and give compensation based on the nature of the goods and the transportation process.

If the transported goods are prone to bending, the customer is obliged to ensure that the merchant has good packaging before sending the goods.
