Yes, there is no limit on weight, length, width or height.

2.Is there any additional charge for overweight?

Overweight items will be charged an overweight fee, which is calculated based on the actual weight.

3.Is there any special packaging reinforcement?

Before placing a consolidated shipping order, ask the seller/sender to pack the goods to avoid damage during transportation. No additional packaging is provided. If necessary, please contact the official customer service.

4.How to choose the appropriate shipping method?

For oversized and bulky goods, you can choose Taojiyun's large cargo line. For neatly packed box goods, you can choose the pallet truck and pallet cargo line.

5.How long does it take to get the shipment?

Generally 2 to 3 days. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, or multiple deliveries that cannot be made, delivery will be delayed.

6.Can you deliver to your door?

If you choose Taojiyun special line, the address and conditions that support door-to-door delivery will be arranged for door-to-door delivery. If you encounter a staircase house, village house or other places where you cannot go upstairs, the driver will contact you in advance or contact our customer service for assistance.Large cargo special line and flatbed special line for ground delivery. If you choose the flatbed special line delivery address, it supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

7.Will there be compensation for damage in shipping?

Tao Group does not provide insurance services for fragile items that are easily damaged or difficult to pack properly. Before placing an order for group shipment, customers need to communicate with the merchant/sender to reinforce the packaging of the goods, and we will ship them in the actual packaging.
