Yes, as long as it does not violate national import and export regulations, it can be consolidated.

2.Can oversized and overweight goods be consolidated?

Yes, there is no weight limit, no length, width and height limit.

3.Is there an overweight fee?

Overweight items will have a certain overweight fee, and the specific fee is calculated according to the actual weight.

4.What is the best way to consolidate such oversized goods?

For oversized, overweight and over-large goods, you can choose Taojiyun's large cargo line. For example, for regular box goods, you can choose the flatbed truck line.

5.Can it be delivered to your door?

The large cargo line and the flatbed truck line are delivered on the ground. If you choose the flatbed truck line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

6.How long will it take for the express to arrive?

Generally 2~3 days. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, and multiple deliveries that cannot be delivered, the delivery will be delayed.

7.Is there any compensation for damaged or lost goods?

Tao Group does not provide insurance services for items that are fragile, easily damaged or difficult to pack properly, such as glass, marble, jade carvings, wooden products, purple clay teapots, etc. Before placing an order for group shipment, customers need to communicate with the merchant/sender to pack the goods, and we will send them out in the actual packaging.

Apply for consolidated shipping after all packages arrive

6.Transshipment to port

The warehouse receives the customer's order for consolidated parcels and transfers them to the port on the same day.

7.Home delivery

The goods have arrived at the port and are waiting to be delivered to your door.
