  Consolidation does not accept goods containing ice packs or refrigerated items

   The consolidated shipment will be sent out in the original packaging, and the customer needs to negotiate and communicate with the merchant/shipper to reinforce the packaging of the goods. Ensure safe transportation of goods.

   It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at the port. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone to adjust the time and re-deliver.

   Delivery conditions for Taojiyun Express:

1. The delivery address must be accessible by truck, parking fees are not included, and if there is an elevator, it will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive directly in and turn around.

3. If the address is within 50 meters from the parking lot, a trolley can be delivered to the door, and you can communicate with the driver about the delivery route.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to go to the vehicle to receive the goods.

* Ground delivery on special lines for large cargoes and special lines for pallet trucks and cargoes. If you choose the flatbed truck and cargo line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

 For single items or small quantities, you can choose Taobao's special transportation line, which supports door-to-door delivery.

It would be more cost-effective to choose Taojiyun’s large cargo line for multiple and large goods. You can combine or consolidate the items for shipment, saving time and money.

The goods are neatly packed in boxes and can be stacked on pallets, weighing 150KG. You can choose to use the special line for pallet trucks and cargo.

Due to the different nature of the consolidated shipping warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact. The goods are insured against loss but not damage. The inner items need to be well packaged by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures.

Tao Jiyun will verify and give compensation based on the nature of the goods and the transportation process.

If the transported goods are prone to bending, the customer is obliged to ensure that the merchant has good packaging before sending the goods.
