There is no limit on the quantity of consolidated shipments of paper handbags, and there is no limit on the volume or weight.

Is there any additional protective packaging?

The consolidated shipment will be sent out in the original packaging, and the customer needs to negotiate with the merchant/shipper to reinforce the packaging of the goods. Ensure the safe transportation of the goods.

How long does it take to be transported to the port?

It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at the port. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone to adjust the time and re-deliver.

Can the goods be delivered to your door?

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun Express Line:

1. The delivery address must be a place where a large truck can drive in and park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, the goods will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive in directly and turn around.

3. The address can be delivered to the door by trolley within 50 meters of the parking lot. You can communicate with the driver about the route delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to receive the goods next to the car.

* Ground delivery for large trucks and flatbed trucks. If you choose the flatbed truck line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

Which consolidation method should I choose for transportation?

1. For single items and small quantities, Tao Juyun special line can be selected, which supports door-to-door delivery.

2. For multiple items and large items, Tao Juyun large cargo special line will be more cost-effective. It can be shipped in boxes or LCL, saving money and time.

3. The goods are neat boxes and can be stacked on pallets, with a weight of 150KG. Tao Juyun pallet truck special line can be selected.

How to deal with lost or damaged goods?

Due to the different nature of the consolidated warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact. The goods are insured but not damaged. The inner items need to be well packed by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures.

Taojiyun will verify and give compensation based on the nature of the goods and the transportation process.

If the transported goods are easy to bend, the customer is obliged to ensure that the merchant has good packaging before sending the goods.
