For single items and small quantities, you can choose the Taoji Express line, which supports door-to-door delivery.

2. For multiple or large items, choosing Taojiyun's bulk cargo dedicated line is more cost-effective. It can be sent in a combined or consolidated container, saving both money and time.

3. The goods are in regular boxes and can be stacked on pallets, containing a weight of 150KG. You can choose the Taojiyun flatbed truck and flatbed cargo dedicated line.

The goods usually arrive at the port within 2 to 4 working days. In case of special circumstances such as weather conditions, customs inspection, holidays, or multiple unsuccessful deliveries, we will communicate with the consignee online or by phone to adjust the delivery time and re-deliver.

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun dedicated line:

1. The delivery address must be occupied by a large vehicle. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, the goods will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, it is necessary to confirm that the vehicle can directly drive in and make a U-turn.

3. If the address is within 50 meters of the parking lot, a trolley can be delivered to the door. You can communicate with the driver about the route for delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to collect the goods at the vehicle's side.

Ground delivery for bulk cargo dedicated lines and flatbed truck and flatbed cargo dedicated lines. If you choose the dedicated line for flatbed trucks and cargo, the receiving address can support unloading from trucks of 16 tons or less.

Taojiyun does not have self-pickup or self-collection points. The entire process is delivered to your doorstep or downstairs. In special circumstances, you can communicate with the customer service or driver for delivery.

Due to the different natures of the consolidated shipping warehouses, the warehouses can only ensure that the outer packaging of the parcels remains intact. The goods are protected from loss but not damage. The contents need to be well packaged by the consignor, and the outer packaging should have good sealing and protection measures.

Taojiyun will provide compensation based on the nature of the goods and the transportation process.

If the goods being transported are prone to bending, the customer is obligated to ensure that the merchant's goods are well packaged before being dispatched.
