How long will it take to transfer to Hong Kong?

The goods usually arrive at Hong Kong in 2~4 working days. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspections, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone to adjust the time and re-deliver.

Can it be delivered to the door?

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun special line:

1. The delivery address must be a place where a large truck can drive in and park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, it will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive in directly and turn around.

3. The address can be delivered to the door by trolley within 50 meters of the parking lot. You can communicate with the driver about the route delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to go to the vehicle to receive the goods.

Ground delivery for large cargo lines and flatbed cargo lines. If you choose a flatbed cargo line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.
