How long does it take to be transferred to Hong Kong?

It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at Hong Kong. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone to adjust the time and re-deliver.

Can it be delivered to the door?

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun special line:

1. The delivery address must be a place where a large truck can drive in and park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, it will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive in directly and turn around.

3. The address can be delivered to the door by a trolley within 50 meters of the parking lot. You can communicate with the driver about the route delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to pick up the goods next to the car.

Ground delivery for large cargo special line and flatbed cargo special line. If you choose the flatbed cargo special line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

Are there any self-pickup or self-collection points?

Taojiyun does not have self-pickup or self-collection points. The whole process is delivered to the doorstep or downstairs of the house. In special cases, you can communicate with the customer service/driver for delivery.

How to deal with lost and damaged goods?

Due to the different nature of the collection warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact. The goods are insured against loss but not damage. The inner items need to be packed well by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures.

Taojiyun will verify and give compensation based on the nature of the goods and the transportation process.
