2.Are there any restrictions on the consolidated shipment of bathtubs?

There is generally no restriction on consolidated shipping. If you require special cargo, please contact our customer service.

3.Are there any additional costs?

Generally speaking, no. If the goods are oversized, overweight, or overlong, or need to be delivered by climbing stairs, and parking fees are not included, additional charges will be incurred.

4.What is the appropriate route for transporting bathtubs?

For single items or small quantities, you can choose Taojiyun's special line, which supports door-to-door delivery.

For multiple or large items, it will be more cost-effective to choose Taojiyun's large cargo special line. You can combine and ship them together, saving money and time.

The goods are regular boxes and can be stacked on pallets, including 150KG weight. You can choose Taojiyun's special line for pallet trucks.

5.How long does it take to ship to the port?

Generally, the parcel will be delivered to Hong Kong within 48 hours. In case of customs inspection, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone to adjust the time for re-delivery.

6.Is there a self-pickup point?

Taojiyun will deliver the goods to your doorstep or downstairs. If there are special circumstances, you can communicate with customer service/driver for delivery.

7.Can you deliver to your door?

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun special line:

1. The delivery address must be a place where a large truck can drive in and park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, it will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive in directly and turn around.

3. The address can be delivered to the door by trolley within 50 meters of the parking lot. You can communicate with the driver about the route delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to receive the goods next to the car.

Ground delivery for large cargo special line and flatbed cargo special line. If you choose the flatbed cargo special line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

8.Do you offer additional packaging?

Generally, the package is sent according to the customer's package. You need to negotiate with the merchant in advance to send the package intact.

9.How to calculate shipping cost?

10.How to deal with lost or damaged goods?

Due to the different nature of the consolidated warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact. The goods are insured against loss but not damage. The inner items need to be well packed by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures.

* Taojiyun does not provide insurance service for the following items:

Items that are fragile or difficult to pack properly, such as glass, marble, jade carvings, wooden products, purple clay teapots, etc.

11.Is there any warehousing service when it is inconvenient to receive the goods?

Taojiyun provides customers with 90 days of free warehousing service.
