How to ship TVs to Hong Kong?

Televisions are household appliances that require careful transportation. Their main component is an LCD screen. When the goods are shipped, the merchant needs to build wooden frames and reinforce them before shipping.

Yes, there is no limit on weight or volume.

3.Is there any additional packaging reinforcement?

The TV provides wooden frame reinforcement services. 30 inches or less (including 30 inches) will be charged 50 yuan for wooden frame fees, 31-54 inches will be charged 80 yuan for wooden frame fees, 55-69 inches will be charged 120 yuan for wooden frame fees, and 70 inches or more (including 70 inches) will be charged 280 yuan for wooden frame fees fee.

4. Which shipping method is better for televisions?

For single parcels, you can choose Taobao's dedicated transport line or dedicated car and dedicated line service. For multiple or overweight packages, please choose the large cargo line with no additional charges.

5. Can you deliver the goods to your door?

Delivery conditions for Taojiyun special line:

1. The delivery address must be large enough for a car to park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, the delivery will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive directly in and turn around.

3. If the address is within 50 meters from the parking lot, a trolley can be delivered to the door, and you can communicate with the driver about the delivery route.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to go to the car to receive the goods

5. Ground delivery on special lines for large goods and special lines for flatbed goods. If you choose the flatbed truck delivery address, it supports unloading with trucks of 16 tons or less.

6. How long will it take to receive the goods?

Generally 2~3 days, if there are special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspection, holidays, delivery failure after multiple delivery attempts, delivery will be delayed

7. Will there be compensation for damage caused by consolidated shipping?

Taojiyun does not provide insurance service for fragile items that are easily damaged or difficult to pack properly. Before placing an order for consolidated shipment, customers are required to communicate with the merchant/sender to reinforce the packaging of the goods, and we will ship them in the actual packaging.

Ensure that warning labels such as "Fragile items that require care", "Fragile items", and "Handle with care" are marked in Chinese in conspicuous places around the outer packaging. If the product is easily damaged by bending, a warning label "Do not bend" should be added.

Note: If fragile items are damaged during transportation, the company will not make any compensation.
