⑥ After customs clearance, delivery is arranged; normally takes 3-7 days, though random customs inspections may cause delays.

A: 

Both actual weight and volumetric weight are calculated, and the higher of the two is used for billing. Small clothing items are barely affected, but large furniture and bulky goods tend to incur higher volumetric weight, so it is best to ask for a quote before placing your order.

A: Basic consolidation is free, making it easy to merge parcels from multiple platforms and save on shipping.

Value-added services such as wooden frame reinforcement are charged separately.

A: Meat, sausages, egg products, dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables, flammable and explosive items, e-cigarettes, and counterfeit or infringing goods are all prohibited items. If intercepted by Hong Kong Customs, the parcel will be detained or confiscated.

A: The warehouse provides 90 days of free storage. After your parcels arrive, apply for consolidation and shipment in time. If you do not arrange shipment within the free storage period, storage fees will apply.

A: Yes, large furniture can be shipped — including sintered stone tables, bed frames and mattresses. Wooden frame reinforcement is recommended for bulky items; as it is a value-added service, please confirm the fee in advance.

A: Random inspections are normal. For compliant parcels, simply provide the requested documents and wait for clearance; if prohibited items are hidden inside, the parcel will be confiscated by customs.
