Up to 90 days of free warehousing with no storage fees. Accumulate multiple Taobao orders and consolidate them into one shipment — ideal for frequent shoppers and greatly reduces shipping costs on scattered orders.

Both air and sea express routes are available. For urgent items, choose air freight with delivery in 3–7 business days; for better value, choose sea freight with delivery in 7–15 days. Furniture, appliances, snacks, clothing, and beauty products can all be shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically, charged by the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Basic shipping and value-added service fees are itemized clearly with no hidden charges, and payment is supported in both RMB and TWD.

The platform handles cross-strait customs declaration and clearance for you. Clearance is stable with a low risk of goods being held, and no personal declaration is needed — beginners can easily manage it.

Free consolidation of multiple packages, split-boxing, and reinforced repacking are supported. Once packages arrive at the warehouse, you can request photo inspection to catch defects or wrong items early and reduce after-sales losses.

Delivery covers both mainland Taiwan and the outlying islands. After customs clearance, local couriers deliver to your door — no self-pickup needed, making receiving your parcels a worry-free one-stop experience.

Taojiyun is easy to get started with — the whole process can be done in the mobile app with no complicated paperwork. Beginners can follow the steps to forward goods from the mainland to Taiwan. Here's the complete standard process:

Step 2

Place orders on e-commerce platforms and fill in the correct recipient details

On the checkout page of Taobao / JD.com / Pinduoduo and other platforms, paste the Taojiyun mainland warehouse address as the delivery address.

*Using Pinduoduo as an example

Step 3

Packages arrive at the warehouse — track status in real time

After the seller ships, the tracking number syncs to the app automatically;

the warehouse scans and registers packages within 1-2 days of receipt;

the app lets you view the package count, weight, volume, and arrival time.

Step 4

Consolidate packages with one tap and optimize volume.

Once all packages arrive, select the ones to consolidate in the app and submit the request; staff provide free consolidation, remove redundant packaging, and reinforce repacking to reduce volumetric weight.

Step 5

Fill in your Taiwan delivery address

Pay the shipping fee and wait for your package in Taiwan

Taojiyun's billing rules are simple and clear, with no complicated hidden fees. Core formula: Final shipping cost = Unit price × (the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight) + optional value-added service fees
