How to consolidate paper cards?

Register for Tao Jiyun to obtain the mainland warehouse address, fill in the address in the shopping app, and transport the goods to the mainland warehouse. After the goods arrive, you can apply for consolidated transportation.

Are there any requirements for consolidated transportation of paper cards?

As long as it does not violate national import and export regulations, it can be consolidated. For example, Tao Jiyun will refuse to consolidate books and papers with text that are harmful to morals.

Is there any packaging with additional protection?

Consolidated transportation will be sent in the original packaging, and customers need to negotiate and communicate with merchants/shippers to reinforce the packaging of the goods. Ensure the safe transportation of goods. In special cases, please contact Tao Jiyun's official customer service.

What consolidation method should be chosen for paper cards?

For single pieces or small quantities, Tao Jiyun's special line can be selected, and door-to-door delivery is supported.

It is more cost-effective to choose Taojiyun's large cargo line for multiple and large goods. You can combine and ship them in boxes, saving money and time.

The goods are neat boxes and can be stacked on pallets, including 150KG weight. You can choose Taojiyun's flatbed truck and flatbed cargo line.

How long will it take to transport to the port?

It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for the goods to arrive at the port. In case of special circumstances: weather reasons, customs inspections, holidays, multiple unsuccessful delivery, etc., we will communicate with the consignee online/by phone to adjust the time and re-deliver.

Can you deliver to your door?

Taojiyun's delivery conditions:

1. The delivery address must be a place where a large truck can drive in and park. Parking fees are not included. If there is an elevator, it will be delivered directly to the door.

2. If the address is a village house, you need to confirm that the car can drive in directly and turn around.

3. If the address is within 50 meters from the parking lot, the trolley can be delivered to the door, and the driver can be communicated with for the route delivery.

4. If the conditions are not met, you need to go to the car to receive the goods.

Ground delivery for large cargo lines and flatbed cargo lines. If you choose the flatbed cargo line, the delivery address supports unloading of 16-ton trucks or less.

How to deal with lost or damaged goods?

Due to the different nature of the consolidated warehouse, the warehouse can only ensure that the outer packaging of the package is intact. The goods are guaranteed to be lost but not damaged. The contents need to be packed by the shipper, and the outer packaging has good sealing protection measures.

Taojiyun will verify and give compensation based on the nature of the goods and the transportation process.

If the transported goods are easy to fold, the customer is obliged to ensure that the merchant has good packaging before the goods are shipped.
