If the seller agrees to return or exchange the goods, you can contact the buyer through order consultation to handle it for you. Since the buyer has already provided the service at this time, the service fee will not be refunded. The warehouse will charge an additional return or exchange service fee.

Deposit order purchasing process: User submits a deposit order---Taojiyun orders from the seller and pays the deposit after receiving the deposit---After a certain period, the seller notifies the balance (users pay attention to it themselves or Taojiyun notifies the user on behalf of the purchase)---User submits the balance order (note which order the balance is for)---Taojiyun pays the balance to the seller---The seller ships Instructions: 1. Since the payment cycle for each seller's deposit order is long and uncertain, it is recommended that users actively pay attention to the merchant's payment information after placing an order. If the merchant notifies that payment is required, Taojiyun will also notify the user; 2. When users submit a payment order, they need to prepare the deposit order number. Taojiyun, which pays the deposit, will handle it for you, and the seller will ship normally. 2. Pre-order and international purchasing orders: Pre-order: refers to the general seller who does not have spot goods. The seller will prepare goods only after the user submits the purchasing order and pays the full amount. The waiting period is relatively long. Please refer to the merchant's notification for details. Purchasing orders from mainland China: refers to Taobao sellers who need to purchase goods internationally. Generally, sellers do not have stock. Users need to submit purchasing orders and pay the full amount before sellers start purchasing goods from abroad. The waiting period is relatively long, and the specific information is subject to the merchant's notification. Note: Since the seller's delivery cycle is relatively long, we will set an extension on your order according to the seller's delivery time after ordering and notify you by in-site letter so that users can understand the approximate delivery time.

1. "Under review" status: You can click "Cancel order" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page, and the money will be immediately returned to your payment account; 2. "Processing" status: You can click "Cancel order" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page. If you have not ordered yet, our buyers will cancel the order and refund you within 1 working day, and the money will be returned to your payment account; 3. "Ordered" status: You can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page. The buyer will apply to the seller. If the seller has not shipped, the corresponding amount will be returned to your payment account after the seller confirms the refund, which usually takes 3 days; 4. "Shipped" status: If the seller falsely ships, you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page to apply for a return. The buyer will apply to the seller for a refund. After the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be returned to your payment account Account balance, usually takes 7 days; 5. Within 5 days after "already in stock", you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page to apply for a return. The buyer will apply to the seller. It depends on whether the seller agrees. After agreeing, we will help you return it as soon as possible. The returned express number will be displayed in the corresponding order. After the seller receives the goods and returns the goods to us, the corresponding amount will be returned to your payment account by our buyers. It usually takes 7-15 days, depending on the time when the seller confirms the refund; 6. Within 5 days after "already in stock", you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page to apply for a replacement. We will apply to the seller. It depends on whether the seller agrees. After agreeing, we will help you return it as soon as possible. The returned express number will be displayed in the corresponding order. It usually takes 7-20 days from the return of the replacement goods to the seller for re-delivery and storage. The specific time depends on the seller. Because the replacement involves two shipments and the merchant's inspection process, the cycle is relatively long. If you have high requirements for timeliness, it is recommended that you try to reduce the replacement.
