Can a purchasing order be canceled or returned for a refund
1. "Under review" status: You can click "Cancel order" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page, and the money will be immediately returned to your payment account;
2. "Processing" status: You can click "Cancel order" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page. If you have not ordered yet, our buyers will cancel the order and refund you within 1 working day, and the money will be returned to your payment account;
3. "Ordered" status: You can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page. The buyer will apply to the seller. If the seller has not shipped, the corresponding amount will be returned to your payment account after the seller confirms the refund, which usually takes 3 days;
4. "Shipped" status: If the seller falsely ships, you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page to apply for a return. The buyer will apply to the seller for a refund. After the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be returned to your payment account Account balance, usually takes 7 days;
5. Within 5 days after "already in stock", you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page to apply for a return. The buyer will apply to the seller. It depends on whether the seller agrees. After agreeing, we will help you return it as soon as possible. The returned express number will be displayed in the corresponding order. After the seller receives the goods and returns the goods to us, the corresponding amount will be returned to your payment account by our buyers. It usually takes 7-15 days, depending on the time when the seller confirms the refund;
6. Within 5 days after "already in stock", you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page to apply for a replacement. We will apply to the seller. It depends on whether the seller agrees. After agreeing, we will help you return it as soon as possible. The returned express number will be displayed in the corresponding order. It usually takes 7-20 days from the return of the replacement goods to the seller for re-delivery and storage. The specific time depends on the seller. Because the replacement involves two shipments and the merchant's inspection process, the cycle is relatively long. If you have high requirements for timeliness, it is recommended that you try to reduce the replacement.
