Within 5 days after "already in stock", you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center-Purchasing Order page to apply for a replacement. We will apply to the seller. It depends on whether the seller agrees. After agreeing, we will help you return it as soon as possible. The returned express number will be displayed in the corresponding order. It usually takes 7-20 days from the return of the replacement goods to the seller for re-delivery and storage. The specific time depends on the seller. Because the replacement involves two shipments and the merchant's inspection process, the cycle is relatively long. If you have high requirements for timeliness, it is recommended that you try to reduce the replacement.
