The purchasing order has been paid, why do I need to pay more?

Dear customer, after you submit your order, some orders may require additional payment for the following reasons:

  1. Merchant price changes: The actual price of the product may differ from the displayed price when you placed your order. This is usually due to the merchant adjusting the product's selling price or the promotion having ended.

  2. Postage difference make-up: This is the most common situation. As merchants may recalculate the shipping fee based on the weight or volume of the package, or if the shipping fee changes due to the separate shipment of the goods you purchased, the system will recalculate the actual shipping fee.

When the above situations occur, our system will:

  • We will notify you of the amount you need to make up through in-site messages or emails

  • The outstanding payment is clearly displayed on the "My Order" page

  • Provide a detailed breakdown of the expenses

Please note:

  1. Please log in to your account in time to check the payment notification

  2. Complete the payment within the specified time as prompted on the page

  3. The order will proceed to the subsequent processing only after the payment is made up
