Second-hand purchase agency orders start from the time the buyer accepts the order (the order status is" "Under processing";) At that time, no no-reason return, exchange or refund applications are supported. In case of any special circumstances, please submit an application through order consultation or online customer service. Compared with ordinary third-party platform purchasing agents (such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, etc.), second-hand purchasing agent orders are more complicated and cumbersome in terms of the ordering process and after-sales follow-up. We will uniformly charge a service fee of 20 yuan per order. If you need additional value-added services, please refer to the service details. After the order is successfully placed, the service fee will not be refunded. 1. After receiving an order from Taojiyun, I haven't placed it yet. I want to cancel the order. How should I proceed? Will the service fee be refunded?
We suggest that you carefully consider before placing an order. Once the buyer accepts the order, they will immediately start providing you with services such as product information consultation, risk assessment and confirmation. In theory, we do not support the cancellation of orders without reason. If you have any special circumstances, you can initiate an order consultation or apply through the online customer service.
2. If the seller is out of stock and unable to complete the order during the exchange, can the goods be returned, refunded and the service fee refunded?
If the seller is out of stock, they can handle the return and refund for you as per your request. However, since the buyer has already provided the service, the service fee cannot be refunded for you.
3. If the goods received have defects or quality issues, can after-sales service be applied for?
It is recommended that you carefully review the product description and fully understand the performance, features, etc. of the purchased product from the seller in advance. If the seller fails to provide a sufficient and detailed description and disclosure of the product's defects, abnormalities, and repair records, etc., you can submit an after-sales application. The buyer will do their best to communicate with the seller for your rights protection, but they are not responsible for the handling result. All risks are borne by you yourself.

If the seller agrees to return or exchange the goods, you can contact the buyer through order consultation to handle it for you. Since the buyer has already provided the service at this time, the service fee will not be refunded. The warehouse will charge an additional operation fee for return and exchange services.
5. If the seller promises to support a 7-day no-reason return or exchange policy, or if there is a separate agreement with the seller before placing an order, can an application be made?
In principle, returns, exchanges or refund applications for any reason are not supported. If the seller makes a commitment or has other agreements, such agreements shall prevail.
