Calculation of service period:

The free storage period starts from the date when the goods are successfully warehoused and registered to your account

- Applicable to all goods purchased through Taojiyun and delivered to our warehouse

It includes various items such as ordinary goods and large items

3. Warehouse expiration reminder:

The system will send a reminder notice before the expiration of the storage period

You can receive reminders through in-site messages, text messages and emails

4. Follow-up processing upon expiration:

After the 90-day free period, a daily storage management fee will be charged (the specific rate can be found on the "Charging Standards" page).

- You can choose:

  a) Arrange for transfer immediately

  b) Apply for an extension of the storage period (corresponding fees are required)
