How to check the status of a purchasing agent order

You can check the status of your order in the Taocijun App by following these steps:

Open the Taojiyun App (please make sure you have downloaded the latest version).

2. Click the "Home" button in the bottom navigation bar

3. Select the "Purchasing Agent" service entry in the home page function area

4. After entering the purchasing agent page, click on the "My" personal center at the lower right corner

5. On the personal center page, find the entry for the "My Orders" function

After entering the order list page, you can see:

    All historical order records

    Current status of the order (pending payment/Paid/shipped, etc.)

    Order details information

    Logistics tracking information (if shipped)

Supplementary explanation:

You can filter specific orders by conditions such as order number and date

Each order contains complete product information and transaction records

If you need assistance, you can click the "Customer Service" button on the order details page to get support
